FALL 2023 TUITION ASSISTANCE

Available to All Current & New CAS Families

CAS offers tuition assistance each semester to ensure our classes, ensembles and private lessons remain accessible to all members of our community. Although tuition assistance awards are determined by financial need, families of all income levels are encouraged to apply.

Fall 2023 Tuition Assistance Applications will be available in early August.

If you are awarded tuition assistance, you will receive an email stating the amount of your award based on your application. A typical award is no more than 50% of the total cost. This amount can be used towards your  semester tuition.

Please register your student for the class as soon as possible, even before you know your award status, to ensure your spot in the program. Your participation in the program is not confirmed until you have completed the registration process. Remember that families who receive tuition assistance can expect to pay at least 50% of the total program cost.

If you have any questions, please contact the BW Community Arts School at cas@bw.edu or by calling 440-826-2365.
