The BW Community Arts School is committed to ensuring that programs remain accessible to all members of the community. The generous support of several area funders allow us to engage students from all economic backgrounds in our Summer Arts Programs. Additionally, two Community Arts School endowments help support tuition assistance for academic year programs.

Current Tuition Assistance Oportunities 

FALL 2020

Tuition assistance is available for hybrid classes, virtual classes and private lessons. Although tuition assistance awards are determined by financial need, families of all income levels are encouraged to apply.

The Fall 2020 Tuition Assistance Application Deadline is August 26.

The tuition assistance process for Fall 2020 classes, ensembles and private lessons includes an online application and submission of supplemental forms. Your online application must be completed and submitted by Wednesday, August 26. From there you will receive an email stating the amount of tuition assistance that you have received based on your application. This amount will be used towards your fall semester tuition. You are responsible for registering your student for the class, ensemble, or private lesson that they are interested in participating in. The registration deadline for classes and private lessons is Wednesday, September 9. Your participation in the program is not confirmed until you have complete the registration process. If you are interested in receiving additional assistance for the winter and spring session you will be asked to complete an additional request form.
