Camps at Community Arts School
For over 90 years, The Conservatory of Music at Baldwin Wallace University has been bringing school age and adult learners to campus for focused music study through workshops, camps and training institutes.
Caring staff, a safe campus, outstanding facilities, excellent food service and comfortable residence halls combine to make each participant’s experience a positive one. The BW dining hall provides an array of healthy meal options and will work with individual camp participants regarding dietary needs.
For our high school and adult programs, a quaint downtown area, access to the Cleveland Metroparks, tennis courts and the Coe Lake recreational area are a great way to relax from a dedicated day of learning and to socialize with new or familiar friends.
The Baldwin Wallace Community Arts School Dance Intensive is a unique immersive dance experience designed to encourage dancers to develop artistic growth, cultivate existing dance technique, and challenge new technical development. In addition students will experience new dance styles to harvest a deeper love of dance through their versatility.
Each day dancers will take classes in ballet, contemporary, modern, ballroom, hip hop, jazz and more. The dancers will also have workshops in audition prep, nutrition, kinesiology, and chorography composition.
More details on the 2020 summer dance intensive are coming soon!
