Active Aging: Art Exploration B

In this class, enjoy a blend of art history and creating. You will have the chance to work with a variety of subject matters ranging from still life, to examples by master artists, to abstraction, as well as your own imagination. The class will evolve as we go, to meet the individual interests of the students in the class. Explore a variety of mediums, such as drawing, painting, sculpture, and printmaking using different art materials, such as drawing pencils, pastels, charcoal, clay, ink, and watercolors. You will draw from real objects, memory, and your own photo choices. This will be a casual and safe environment with plenty of individual instruction. Artists of every level will find a place in this class, and beginners are welcome!
