Institute Emphasis

July 6 - 10, 2020

Students may choose to participate in an Institute Emphasis, which are designed to allow students to focus more specifically in one area of study. Institute Emphasis programs will occur from July 6 - 10, the week after the Conservatory Virtual Institute and will include daily workshops in the afternoon.

*Due to scheduling conflicts, students are only able to participate in one institute emphasis. Institute Emphasis programs may be combined with the Audition Preparation Program.

Audition Preparation Program

July 6 - 10, 2020

For rising seniors graduating in 2021, the Audition Preparation Program may be added to the standard CSI experience or in addition to an intensive track. The Audition Preparation Program will occur from July 6 - 10, the week after the Conservatory Virtual Institute.

Students who participate in the audition preparation program will engage directly with the BW Conservatory admissions coordinator. Through hands-on classes, students will gain further insight into the college audition process. In addition, students will work with Conservatory faculty on mock auditions. They will also receive one additional 45-minute private lesson on their primary instrument during this week.

The Audition Preparation Program is not available for Keyboard Institute participants.
