PRE-CAMP TESTING

All campers are required to have a negative COVID test result no more than 3 days before camp starts. CAS will provide this test to you at no additional cost.

There are 2 simple ways to complete your COVID test:

1.  On-Campus Option

Students may choose to complete their COVID test on campus at the Boesel Musical Arts Center the weekend before camp begins. CAS staff will be available to guide you through each step. The entire process should take no more than 30 minutes to complete.

STRING CAMP
Saturday, June 12   10:00am – 1:00pm
Sunday, June 13     2:00pm – 4:00pm
Reserve your 30-minute time slot by Sunday, June 6th (closed).

BAND CAMP
Saturday, June 19   10:00am – 1:00pm
Sunday, June 20    2:00pm – 4:00pm
Reserve your 30-minute time slot by Sunday, June 12th.

2.  At-Home Option

You may choose to have your rapid COVID test mailed directly to your home. Students who select this option will be guided through the process by an Abbott telehealth representative during a virtual visit and you will have your result within 15 minutes. Anyone who does not reserve an on-campus testing time slot by the deadline listed above will automatically be mailed an at-home test kit.

One week prior to attending camp, a BINAXNOW™ AG CARD HOME TEST will be mailed to your home. Perform the test no sooner than the Friday before camp begins. When you arrive at camp, simply show the results screen to the person checking your child in on that first day.

Once you receive your test kit, you will need to download the Navica App (available through Google Play and Apple App Store) to your phone and create an account for yourself as the parent or guardian of the child attending camp. After that, you will then be able to add a Managed Profile which is the profile for the child.

After that, you will then be able to add a Managed Profile which is the profile for the child.

Create a password and provide all other information needed to create your Navica account.

After you have created an account for yourself, add your child by touching the > next to the words Managed Profiles.

Enter the requested information for your child. Your account setup will be complete.
