Band and String Day Camp Frequently Asked Questions
June 13 - 18, 2020
Campers will be given two personal masks that can be worn at camp. Any comfortable and well-fitting mask* that appropriately covers the camper’s mouth and nose is permitted. Campers with instruments that require instrument-specific masks will be given one at the start of camp and are required to wear it while playing. In addition, campers that play woodwind and brass instruments will receive a bell cover for their instrument.
*Gators and face shields are not permitted as a mask alternative.
Families will receive specific instructions closer to the start of camp for their specific drop off location.
Drop off: 8:00 - 9:00 a.m.
Pick up: 4:00 - 4:30 p.m. Each camper (or campers in the same family) will receive a specific pick up time.
After Camp Care: 4:30 - 6:00 p.m.
After Camp Care is available for campers between 4:30 and 6:00 p.m. This allows for greater flexibility in pick up times. During this time campers will be engaged in a wide variety of activities. Additional fees apply. Visit our After Camp Care page to learn more.
All grab-and-go meals will be at the Strosacker Student Union. Vegetarian and/or gluten-free options are available if your camper requests this meal option in their camp registration. No nuts of any kind are available at any meal. Please note specific allergies on your medical forms. We will do our absolute best to accommodate within reason, but if there are significant dietary restrictions, students are encouraged to bring their own approved meals and snacks.
