Employment Opportunities with the Division of Community Learning

At Baldwin Wallace University, our mission and values are at the core of our actions every day. To ensure a university that provides "excellence in teaching and learning within a challenging, supportive environment" we strive to commit to our students, faculty and staff through service, teaching, discovery, and teamwork.

Our Community of Learning

At the DCL, our faculty work with students of all ages in a variety of environments. We foster personal growth and celebrate every accomplishment. We encourage innovation and offer the practices, resources, and leadership support needed to transform ideas into a sustainable reality.

We Welcome Diversity

At Baldwin Wallace, diversity and inclusion are more than just words. They are part of our DNA! In 1845, more than 15 years before the Civil War, Baldwin Wallace was founded as one of the first colleges in the nation to admit students without regard to race or gender. Today, we continue to pursue diverse ideas, cultures, races, and religions that are celebrated and will help lead to our success as a university.
