Offerings for Adults

It is never too late to begin engaging in the arts! The Community Arts School welcomes adults of all ages and of all abilities to engage through our music and visual art offerings. If you are looking to revisit an instrument you once played in school, begin a new instrument, sing with a choral ensemble or engage in hands-on art classes, there are a number of options through our ensembles, classes and private lessons. Our encouraging culture and personable faculty will allow you to thrive in your artistic pursuits!

Instrumental Music

Whether it be in an instrumental ensemble or through private lessons, adults can find a number of ways to engage in instrumental music opportunities. Regardless of age or ability, all adult students are welcome. It’s never too late to start!

Visual Art

Visual art classes and instruction at BW’s Community Art School provide challenging courses and a creative outlet for students of all ages and experience levels. Register for a semester-long course, or consider a one-day, 3-hour workshop!

Vocal Music

Adults can participate in our two community-based choral ensembles or in a group adult voice class.  In addition, adult learners can participate in private lessons. All offerings provide a unique and supportive culture. Our two choral ensembles offer ample opportunities to perform throughout the year and partner with professional artists and often engage world-class clinicians during rehearsals and workshops.
